Key Responsibilities
Conduct part-time training sessions on UI/UX Design (weekday evenings/weekends--flexible).
Deliver lectures, workshops, hands-on design activities, and portfolio-building guidance.
Teach industry-standard tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
, etc.
Explain UI principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Teach UX processes including user research, personas, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Provide personalized feedback on learner assignments and projects.
Create or refine training materials, slides, and practice exercises.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Support learners in preparing portfolios and interview-ready case studies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required).
Prior teaching/training experience is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong command over design tools:
Figma (must), Adobe XD, Sketch
, etc.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.
Knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and prototyping workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience mentoring students or junior designers.
Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (optional but beneficial).
Ability to design and update curriculum modules.
