About the role:

As a UX/UI Mentor/Trainer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our UX/UI learners to help them develop their skills and grow in their careers. You will work closely with the design team to provide guidance, support, and feedback on design processes and best practices. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions to help our stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and feedback to the designer on their work, identifying areas for improvement and offering constructive criticism. Teach the fundamental principles of design, such as typography, color theory, and layout, as well as UX principles such as usability, user research, and information architecture. Help the designer develop their skills, by teaching new techniques and tools, and providing opportunities for practice and experimentation. Help the designer set realistic goals and milestones for their career, and work with them to achieve these objectives. Encourage designers to think outside the box and explore new ideas, while also guiding them towards solutions that are practical and feasible

Candidate requirements:

1 - 4 years experience in UI/ UX Design Must have experience with Wire framing and Prototyping for Web and Mobile apps Experience and knowledge in UX methodologies & Experience in designing UI for web and mobile Communicator with strong interpersonal skills Skills Required : Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
