Location: Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu (candidates in/around Pudukkottai preferred)

About us:

Neram Classes is a coaching institute focused on architecture and web/digital learning resources. We build student portals, course pages and creative learning tools. We're hiring a UX/UI Designer + Web Developer who can design engaging web interfaces and implement features using Java/Python.

Responsibilities:

- Design user-centered web interfaces (wireframes, UI mockups, prototypes) using Figma/Adobe XD or similar.

- Convert designs to responsive front-end pages (HTML, CSS, JS).

- Work with backend code in Java or Python to integrate APIs and dynamic features (basic backend tasks or liaise with backend devs).

- Create and maintain design systems, UI components and style guides.

- Test UI across browsers/devices and fix UI/UX issues.

- Maintain version control (Git) and submit work to the team regularly.

- Communicate with stakeholders and coordinate with content & faculty teams.

Required / Preferred:

- Fresher or experienced -- willing to train promising fresher candidates.

- Familiar with Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch.

- Comfortable writing front-end code (HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript).

- Exposure to Java or Python (any one preferred) -- ability to implement or test backend endpoints.

- Portfolio of web UI work (link required) or GitHub with code samples.

- Basic understanding of responsive and accessible design.

- Good communication and ability to work in a small team.
