Job Profile: UX/UI DesignerJob Summary

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer

to craft engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves designing intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring consistent visual identity across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands user behavior, and collaborates effectively with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs. Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design responsive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives. Stay updated on UX/UI best practices, emerging trends, and design tools. Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools like

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

. Strong understanding of

UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design

. Experience with

wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping

. Knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

(basic coding knowledge is a plus). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to balance creativity with functionality and usability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for

web, mobile apps, and multi-platform products

. Familiarity with

usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools

. Knowledge of

motion design, micro-interactions, or 3D design

. Prior work in

agile or cross-functional product development teams
