We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will help shape the design of our web and mobile products from ideation through to final implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Refine and improve designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Ensure consistency of design across all platforms by creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and competitive.
Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders, developers, and other team members.
Work with front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation and pixel-perfect delivery.
Continuously evaluate product designs to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (web and mobile).
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and/or InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and conducting usability testing.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
Experience designing for both mobile-first and desktop-first interfaces.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred but not required.
2+ years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a product-focused or tech environment.
Experience working with Agile or other iterative development methodologies is a plus.
