We are seeking a creative and detail-orientated UX/UI designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and hands-on experience in creating user-friendly interfaces, visual designs, and engaging social media creatives.
Responsibilities
Design user-friendly interfaces for web and/or mobile applications
Conduct user research and usability testing and gather user feedback
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the design process
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
Improve existing designs based on analytics and user insights
Design social media posters, banners, and marketing creatives
Work with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual designs
Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and graphic design work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Experience designing social media creatives
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles
Experience with responsive and accessible design
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
