Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Develop user personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture.
Translate research insights into design solutions that address user needs and business goals.
Assist in creating and maintaining UX documentation, design systems, and style guides.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Required:
Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies.
Experience (academic or practical) with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take direction and work independently in a remote environment.
A portfolio (or case studies) that demonstrates UX work and problem-solving process.
Preferred:
Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.
Knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
Experience with version control or collaborative design workflows.
