Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
Collaborate with strategists, developers, and creative directors to bring digital concepts to life.
Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand identity across all touchpoints.
Conduct user experience research, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design systems, accessibility standards, and emerging tools, including AI-driven workflows.
Deliver pixel-perfect final designs ready for seamless handoff to developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
, or similar design tools.
Familiarity with
AI-assisted design tools
such as
Google Stitch
or equivalent platforms.
Strong knowledge of design principles, responsive layouts, and interaction design.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end workflows (a plus, not mandatory).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strong design portfolio showcasing UX case studies and UI designs.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for e-commerce, SaaS, or marketing websites.
Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions.
Understanding of user testing and analytics tools.
Ability to create and manage design systems and style guides.
Hands-on experience experimenting with or integrating AI tools into the design process.
