About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing, development, and creative teams to design user-friendly interfaces and seamless experiences for web and mobile applications. Your work will ensure that our clients' digital products are not only visually appealing but also intuitive, engaging, and easy to navigate.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create intuitive user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. Develop user-centered design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Ensure consistency across all user interfaces while maintaining brand guidelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that align with client goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design process and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and interaction design. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs. A passion for staying ahead of design trends and exploring new creative techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
