We're AVLView.com -- a fast-growing PaaS/SaaS fleet management platform, redesigning how logistics and operations look and feel in the digital world.

We're looking for a

UI/UX Designer

who thinks in flows, cares about user behaviour, and knows how to bring product ideas to life --

fast, functional, and beautiful.

What You'll Do:

- Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect mockups using tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing to translate ideas into real interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to improve product UX.
- Use and maintain design systems that bring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design are always considered.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends -- but stick to what's functional, not just flashy.

What You Bring:

5+ years

of hands-on experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
Expert in

Figma

(preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showing real work --

not just pretty dribbble shots, but actual product UI/UX

.
Understanding of

typography, colour theory, design systems, spacing, and UX patterns

.
Can work in

Agile/Scrum environments

and adapt fast to feedback.
Comfortable working alongside developers and iterating on feedback.
Bonus if you have a solid eye for

dashboard, data-heavy UI, or SaaS application design.
