Responsibilities

Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to promote consistency across projects. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver stunning user experiences that align with business goals.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in UX/UI design. Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and a clear process. Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices. Good grasp of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. * A degree is not mandatory, but relevant experience and design thinking are crucial.
