We are looking for a creative and passionate

UX/UI Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your expertise will help create an exceptional user experience, ensuring that our products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

User Research

: Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.

Wire-framing & Prototyping

: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design ideas.

UI Design

: Design high-quality, visually engaging user interfaces that are consistent with the brand.

Collaboration

: Work closely with developers and product teams to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.

Usability Testing

: Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Stay Updated

: Keep up to date with design trends and industry best practices to improve product design.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing. Ability to create responsive designs for web and mobile platforms. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development (a plus). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with user research and analysis. Familiarity with design systems and design handoff tools. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
