: UX/UI & Graphic Designer

About the Role

Devobyte OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and innovative UX/UI & Graphic Designer who can design intuitive user interfaces, engaging user experiences, and visually appealing graphics for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of professional experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI Design:

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on requirements.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately.

- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to optimize designs.

- Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and UI patterns.

Graphic Design:

- Develop creative graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.

- Design logos, banners, brochures, presentations, and other visual assets.

- Work closely with the marketing team for brand promotions and creative concepts.

- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

- Ability to translate requirements into visually appealing and user-centric designs.

- Basic knowledge of responsive design, UI components, and user experience principles.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail and strong creativity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or relevant field (preferred).

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Graphic Designer.

- Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX and design work is mandatory.
