UI/UX Designer and Frontend Designer

Location : Gift City, Gandhinagar
Experience : 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

Create

high-fidelity UI screens

, dashboards, mobile and web layouts. Translate requirements into

wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

. Conduct basic

user research, user flows, journey mapping

, and usability testing. Maintain and evolve the

design system and component library

. Deliver clean, consistent, and responsive designs aligned with product goals. Improve UI based on

analytics, insights, and user feedback

.

UI Design Tools

Figma (Auto layout, Variants, Prototyping) Adobe XD or Sketch Photoshop / Illustrator (optional)

Frontend Development

Develop responsive UI using

HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, CSS Grid

. Implement interfaces with

JavaScript (ES6+)

and React (preferred). Build modular and reusable frontend components. Apply modern styling using

Tailwind CSS, SCSS, or Styled Components

. Ensure accessibility (

A11y

) and adherence to UI/UX best practices. Collaborate closely with backend developers for seamless integration.

Required Skills

UI/UX Skills

Proficiency in

Figma

(Auto-layout, Variants, Prototyping). Good understanding of

design systems

(Material, Carbon, Fluent). Knowledge of UI patterns:

dashboards, forms, tables, charts, navigation

. Strong visual design sense: typography, spacing, color theory.

Frontend Skills

HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design JavaScript (ES6+) React (preferred), component-based development Tailwind / SCSS / Styled Components Basic understanding of accessibility standards

Soft Skills

Strong collaboration with designers, developers, and product teams Ability to clearly communicate design rationale Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Adaptability and willingness to iterate

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
