We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our remote team. You'll play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with our clients' goals and brand identity.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring smooth user experiences for web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into functional and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Design clean, modern, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
*

Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation.
*

Maintain design consistency through reusable UI components and design systems.
*

Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve designs.
*

Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
*

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.
*

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
*

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how designs translate to development.
*

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in prototyping and animation tools (Framer, ProtoPie, After Effects).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.

Exposure to frontend collaboration tools like Zeplin or Avocode.
