Role Description:
We are looking for a data-driven and creative
CRO Specialist
who can analyze user behavior, design high-impact experiences, and optimize conversion funnels. You will be responsible for improving website performance, user journeys, and business outcomes through testing, research, and design thinking. This role directly contributes to revenue growth and digital success.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Design & UX Optimization
Create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using
Figma
with strong focus on typography, layout, and usability.
Design and optimize landing pages for multiple DTC and B2B brands based on campaign goals.
Improve UI/UX flow across key pages such as home, product, checkout, and lead forms.
2- Conversion Optimization
Plan, execute, and analyze
A/B and multivariate tests
to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Identify drop-off points in funnels and implement data-backed improvements.
Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
3- Data Analysis & Research
Analyze website performance using tools such as
Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity
, or similar.
Use heatmaps, user recordings, and funnel reports to understand user behavior.
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify CRO opportunities.
4- Implementation & Collaboration
Work closely with performance marketing, design, and development teams to implement tests and UX improvements.
Coordinate with developers for smooth execution of design changes and experiments.
Align CRO efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals.
5- Reporting & Optimization
Track and report key KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, session duration, and revenue per visitor.
Build structured reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
Continuously monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices in CRO and UX.
Requirements:
1-2 years of hands-on experience in
CRO, UX/UI design, or performance optimization
.
Strong proficiency in
Figma
(prototyping, layout, and responsive design).
Solid understanding of
UX principles, user psychology, and persuasion techniques
.
Practical experience with
A/B and multivariate testing tools
(VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize alternatives).
Experience in designing and optimizing landing pages for performance.
Familiarity with
GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, or similar analytics tools
.
Basic knowledge of
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred/ Bonus Skills:
Experience working with
DTC or performance-driven brands
.
Experience optimizing checkout flows and SaaS funnels.
Understanding of page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first UX.
Experience with Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress.
