JOB TITLE: UX/UI Designer JOB DESCRIPTION: Role Description
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for working with UX/UI Design team members on creating design deliverables and user experience concepts. This role understands and assesses business and user needs, plans the design process, analyses requirements and researches best practices. The UX/UI Designer provides high level and detailed GUI design solutions, including mock-ups, screens and specifications in support of the communication and delivery of the solution. Mandatory skills: CSS, HTML, JAVA SCRIPT, REACT, REDUX, ES6 Key responsibilities
- Collaborates with other designers, researchers and developers for the production and delivery of UI/UX project deliverables
- Participates in opportunity brainstorming and prioritization
- Provides deliverables on time and with a high level of quality for internal reviews
- Ensures that the quality of deliverable is in line with established methodology, best practices, trends, company standards and SOW
- Participates in internal design reviews to provide peer feedback
- Participates in project planning and estimations for user research activities
- Supports the Creation team involved in the definition of requirements
- Prepares wireframes and/application flows. Reviews the flows with key stakeholders, makes adjustments based on feedback, and obtains final approval
- Employs and executes such usability tools as heuristic reviews, metrics, usability testing, and so on
- Follows visual language and standards to create the application style guides for developers
- Develops GUI visuals that are branded, creative and innovative, while facilitating a useful interactive experience
- Ensures concepts and designs are consistent with the overall branding strategy and marketing initiatives
- Bachelor and/or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field of study (i.e. Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interactive Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related area.)
- Domain knowledge obtained through an academic background, certified usability training and/or equivalent sources
