We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 0-1 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and design goals.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the user experience.
Ensure consistency of brand identity and design systems across all platforms.
Translate complex ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
Work closely with the development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of UX principles, Design systems, and responsive design.
Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design thinking.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹9,803.32 - ₹35,407.94 per month
