About Eutopia

We manufacture baby products ranging from tricycles to multiple series of cradles, tent houses, and sofa cum beds for kids. We have a range of baby toy products manufactured out of the industrial area of Delhi and we are forming a sales team of interns who will look to capitalize on the toy market industry of different states in India. Also, we are manufacturers of millets and their by-products. Our manufacturing hub for this is in Coimbatore.

About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets
2. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand
3. Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
4. Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
5. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
6. Doing A/ B Testing of images, analyzing competitors, and creating action plans
7. Creating various animations with images, videos, and texts
8. Designing infographics
9. Brainstorming on mock-up design ideas
10. Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
11. Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior

Who can apply:

1. Achieving targets for every day - Good time-management skills
2. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
3. A bachelor\'s degree and a minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services
4. A team player but can work independently too
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
