About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of designers, researchers, UX writers, content strategists, product managers and engineers, and garner insights about user needs, attitudes, behaviors, and use those insights to create inspirational design, align with product strategy, & increase customer engagement
2. Collaborate with teams across operational boundaries that would have an impact at all levels of product development, with your focus on three things - quality, usability and simplicity
3. Use UX tools like Figma, Sketch, etc amongst others, and combine a creative approach with knowledge on design process to convert bright ideas into functional prototypes, we are looking for you, to create intuitive, inspired design, magical to behold and to use

Requirements:

1. Must Have: Good working knowledge on product design process, i.e. user research, AI, usability testing, task analysis, conceptual design, design sprints etc.
2. Trends study & analysis, secondary research for UX, prototyping & assist with POC & high fidelity UI design
3. Nice to have: Experience in working with Agile & SCRUM methodologies, experience in collaborating with product & engineering teams in understanding scope, gathering requirements, translating them into scalable & implementable design proposals
