About Role:
We're looking for a UX Writer with at least 3 years of experience shipping products to join our growing UX Writing and Content Design community of over 70 writers. This role is part of Booking.com's FinTech business unit, a dynamic, complex, and exciting organisation that enables Booking.com to provide a wide array of FinTech products to over 2 million accommodation providers.
As a UX Writer in the B2B side of Booking.com's FinTech Business Unit, you'll support multiple teams to enable accommodation and trip providers to benefit from easy-to-use, secure, and regulated payments through our payments platform, and you'll contribute to building new innovative fintech products to support the growth of their business.
In this role, you'll partner directly with highly iterative product teams, while enjoying the support, community and resources of a large, experienced UX organisation made up of nearly 200 writers, designers and researchers. You'll work closely with a UX Writing Manager for your area who will support you in your growth and development.
UX Writers at Booking.com write clear and concise quality messaging that considers the end-to-end user experience. You need to be an excellent communicator and collaborator - we work in a dynamic and diverse environment where inclusivity, openness and humility are key. Almost everything you write will be translated into 44+ languages and dialects, and you'll need to work closely with peers and stakeholders like Marketing, Brand and Legal to deliver at velocity and scale.
