Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis:
Conduct qualitative/quantitative research (surveys, interviews, usability tests) to uncover pain points and opportunities.
Analyze behavioral data (Hotjar, Google Analytics) to validate design decisions.
Wire framing & Prototyping:
Create low-to-high fidelity prototypes (Figma, Adobe XD) for web/mobile, iterating based on stakeholder and user feedback.
Interaction Design:
Define intuitive IA, navigation, and micro-interactions that enhance usability (e.g., form optimization, error prevention).
Accessibility & Inclusivity:
Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA+ standards, accommodating diverse user needs (e.g., color contrast, screen reader compatibility).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product managers and developers to align UX vision with technical constraints and business KPIs.
Design Systems & Documentation:
Contribute to/maintain design systems (UI components, patterns) for consistency and scalability.
