KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish and promote product/user research guidelines, best practices, and standards Create surveys for research through various channels including but limited to interviews or online media platforms to gather feedback on user\'s ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on new and existing products Work with target market customers to develop a deep understanding of existing user workflows, processes and pain points Identify and recognise variations in product user personas and workflows within the customer organisation, across different customer segments and markets Become and contribute as an SME on user journeys in the development and evolution of the product suite Work closely with the Product and Design team to identify areas where Product interventions can add value. Collaborate with the Product and Design team to help identify and shape KPIs which measure these improvements Work with the Product and Design teams to drive and guide design changes towards providing a best-in-class User Experience Contribute towards sharpening our identification of target market segments and customers, and influencing our product, marketing and sales strategy Build storyboards to summarize the results of research study OTHER Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World\'s Principles, values and culture ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities understanding and following DP World\'s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies Perform other related duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS BS/MS degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience 8-12 experience as a user research, or similar role Samples of work demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered research processes Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills, including the ability to communicate interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple organizations and drive alignment Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced environment, working on ambiguous and challenging projects Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly or remotely with product managers, designers and developers for implementation of customer experiences Experience with best practices for information architecture and design, as well as experience with usability principles and techniques Proficiency in a variety of design tools (eg. Sketch, InVision, Framer JS, Flinto, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Zeplin) Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
