Role Overview


We are seeking a strategic and innovative Senior UX Researcher to lead user experience research in support of a global productisation strategy for the banks core digital assets. With a strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative methods, youll help shape reusable, scalable, and modular digital products that are intuitive, customer centric, and ready for deployment by partner banks worldwide.


You will work at the intersection of venture building, UX, and product innovation, embedding customer insights into strategic decisions, and enabling cross market product success. This role is ideal for a research leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about shaping the next generation of B2B financial products.
