About part time job/internship

We are looking for a motivated and experienced stakeholder interviewer to join our team for 1 month of the research project. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stakeholder interviews with dealers, customers, and field agents in the finance industry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling and conducting research with field agents.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct stakeholder interviews with dealers, customers, and field agents in the fintech industry
2. Travel to various locations to conduct interviews
3. Gather data and insights on customer needs, pain points, and preferences
4. Analyze data and present findings to the team
5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement and feedback
6. Document the project by writing, video recording, voice recordings, and transcripts

Additional Information:

1. A qualitative approach to capture insights involves data collection and data analysis
2. Data collection includes the following - secondary data collection data collected by an organization on its customers through its service history system data supplied by a marketing organization (online) annual reports on the relevant sector
3. Primary data collection questionnaires interviews focus group interviews observation case studies scientific experiments
