Senior UX Designer

Experience required:

8+ years

: We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered experiences for our digital products and platforms, in particular for the ChemisTwin system.

Key Responsibilities

:


Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and business goals Create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the evolution of the design system and guidelines Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation Connect with other product teams to ensure a common visual appearance of products.

Requirements

:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects Proficiency in the Figma design tool Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with development teams

Preferred Qualifications

:


Experience in the healthcare, life science, or electronics industries Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices Experience with design systems and component libraries
