About the Role

EvolutionCo is looking for

passionate UX Interns

who want to kickstart their careers in User Experience Design. As an intern, you'll be exposed to real-world client projects, guided by senior designers, and encouraged to bring in

fresh ideas, new perspectives, and AI-powered tools

to transform how we design.

We see internships not just as short-term engagements, but as

pathways to full-time roles

. High-performing interns will be considered for conversion into permanent employees.

What You'll Do

Support the UX team in creating

presentations, flows, personas, wireframes and prototypes

. Conduct

UX research

through competitor benchmarking, heuristic evaluations, and usability reviews. Work on

mobile apps, web platforms, and digital products

for top-tier clients. Experiment with

AI tools for UX

, ideation, UX writing, and concept acceleration. Collaborate closely with

Senior UX Designers, Business Analysts, UI Designers, and Strategists

to deliver impactful experiences. Present your ideas clearly and proactively contribute to team discussions.

What We're Looking For

Students / Fresh graduates

in Design, HCI, Digital Media, or related fields. Basic understanding of

UX principles

, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma/Framer/Adobe XD). Familiarity or interest in using

AI tools

for research, design, or productivity. Strong communication, curiosity, and a

proactive, learning-first mindset

. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and balance

creativity with usability
