Job Description

We are a product tech startup, following lean philosophy, focused on rapid idea validation. We are looking for a UX Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is skilled in creating interactive prototypes validate our product concepts and test quickly. The ideal candidate has a user-centred design approach, translating complex ideas into simple, user-friendly designs and is actively involved in prioritizing the features/capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with co-founders and other stakeholders to create product storyboards and user journey. Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mock-ups for rapid validation. Using these rapid prototypes, engage with Early Adopters, Design Partners and synthesize the feedback for shaping the MVP and prioritizing the backlog. Create detailed story boards and create high-fidelity wireframes required for rapid development. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and insights, optimizing for user needs and business goals. Apply lean UX principles to keep the design process as efficient as possible, focusing on speed and validation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design, rapid prototyping and wireframing. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment. Ability to balance design detail with rapid iteration for learning and validating concepts effectively. Familiarity with usability testing methods and lean UX principles. Proficiency in UX/UI design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience working in a lean startup or agile environment. Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
