We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design to craft intuitive experiences for enterprise and consumer-facing products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful solutions. This role is ideal for creative thinkers with 3-5 years of experience, a solid portfolio, and a passion for shaping user experiences in evolving tech landscapes, including AI and Copilot tools.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methods and usability principles. Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, product owners, PMs, and developers. Ability to create or improve user experiences for enterprise products, particularly in commerce or consumer goods industries. Creative and critical thinking to solve complex design problems. Excellent communication skills to present work across different disciplines. Familiarity with popular design patterns and enterprise product development.

Good to have

Familiarity with the latest AI and Copilot technologies. Proven experience in creating functional prototypes. Flexibility to accommodate meetings with global teams, including US-based teams in the evenings. Experience working on AI projects and engaging with AI design communities.

Competencies

User-centered design expertise. Effective communication and presentation skills. Collaboration and iterative design practices. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other UX software. Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity in design.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UX design or related fields. Bachelor's in Design (e.g., User Experience, HCI, Graphic Design) or equivalent professional experience. A solid portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve design challenges and communicate effectively.
