Are you passionate about making digital experiences easy to use and visually appealing? We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and create user-centered designs that enhance the way people interact with our products. As a UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting interfaces that are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for our users.

Responsibilities:

Ability to bridge design and engineering, with a strong understanding of both UX principles and software development. Contribute to creating and maintaining a design system, including a developer-facing documentation portal, component guidelines, and changelogs. Hands-on experience working with both design files (e.g., Figma) and production code. Strong knowledge of front-end development, with working experience in back-end systems. Provide best practices for design and developer handoff, including file structure, documentation, and workflows. Ensure design fidelity from concept to final product, including interactions, animations, and visual details. Evaluate and optimize UI interactions and animations for usability, accessibility, and performance. Advise on technical constraints, implementation trade-offs, and design feasibility to reduce friction, rework, and debugging. Write, review, and maintain production-quality UI code. Collaborate closely with designers to iterate on and refine design solutions. Comfortable working in an?Agile environment, participating in grooming, sprint planning, and design reviews. Able to write?clear, wellstructured Jira requirements?that align closely with design specifications.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in front-end or UI engineering, design engineering, or a closely related role that blends UX design and software development. Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar. Experience writing, reviewing, and maintaining production-quality UI code. Proven experience collaborating closely with designers and developers throughout the full product lifecycle. Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Extensive hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design tokens. Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to a design system, including: Component architecture and reusable patterns, design tokens and theming, versioning, changelogs, and governance Ability to create and maintain developer-facing documentation, including usage guidelines, best practices, and examples. Strong understanding of scalable component design and long-term maintainability. Working knowledge of back-end systems, APIs, and data flows to inform front-end implementation decisions. Comfortable advising on technical constraints, implementation trade-offs, and design feasibility early in the design process. Comfortable working in iterative, fast-paced product environments. Skilled at creating?reusable, modular components?to ensure consistency and reduce development effort. Strong attention to detail with a focus on?clean, maintainable, and scalable UI/UX solutions.
