We're looking for an experienced UX Engineer with over 10 years of designing user experiences for complex enterprise applications. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between design and technology, turning detailed business needs into intuitive, scalable digital interfaces. As a senior team member, you'll work closely with different groups to create engaging, effective user experiences that are not only visually appealing but also accessible, fast, and aligned with business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the UX vision for enterprise application suites, ensuring they align with business goals while keeping the user experience at the forefront. Develop design standards, guidelines, and interaction patterns that promote scalability and consistency across all platforms. Champion best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive/adaptive design in enterprise contexts. Partner with product managers and engineers to capture requirements, validate user journeys, and deliver cohesive experiences. Facilitate workshops, lead user research, conduct stakeholder interviews, persona development, and usability testing. Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, journey maps, and documentation for new and existing enterprise features. Evaluate and iterate on user interfaces based on analytics, research findings, and business feedback. Collaborate with the development team to integrate UX/UI components into robust and scalable software architectures. Build, refine, and maintain enterprise design systems and component libraries.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

10+ years in UX engineering or design for large-scale, enterprise applications. Mastery of UX best practices: interaction design, usability, accessibility, workflow analysis. In-depth experience with user research methodologies and applying findings to enterprise solutions. Advanced skills in prototyping and design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD); expertise in creating and maintaining design systems. Proficiency with React or similar frameworks, and experience in collaborating with software engineering teams. Solid understanding of information architecture and data-driven interface design. Proven track record in leading UX strategy for business-critical applications. Experience guiding cross-team adoption of design systems and best practices.

NICE TO HAVE qualifications:

Familiarity with cloud-hosted application environments and hybrid architectures. Exposure to designing user experiences for interfaces augmented by artificial intelligence or machine learning, such as smart assistants, predictions, or recommendations. * Understanding how to design for privacy, regulatory compliance (like GDPR), and user trust in sensitive applications.
