UI/UX Designer

A purpose driven role for you

To visualize and create automotive interfaces keeping in mind safety, usability and market trends of Visual, Haptic & Auditory interfaces


Candidate must have skills in researching, designing, and implementing all user experiences when interacting with a vehicle. In addition, they are to consult with users to better understand their needs and goals, conduct usability testing, create wireframes and product prototypes and conduct competitor and user analyses.


Work directly/interact with the Industrial Design teams, Electrical & Electronics engineering team, external Vendors, Vehicle Validation team and develop vehicle interfaces which meet Performance, Safety and Usability criteria

A Day in the life

To understand the company, its vision/mission, Products in offering, Target users, Users' expectations, Competitor offerings, Technology and IPR available & their trends


Understand product specifications and user psychology


Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback from users


Create personas through user research and data


Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success through user testing

Academic Qualification & Experience

Diploma/Degree in UX Design

2 Years in UX Design (Automotive Industry is a plus)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture


Proficiency in change Documentation/ Version tracking


Proficient in design software (e.g. Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma) and UI evaluation tools


Knowledge of HTML/CSS/ JavaScript/Python is a plus


Problem-solving aptitude


Analytical mind with a business acumen
