Tech9 is looking for a top-notch UX designer to join our team! You'll need to have ability and experience in User Experience Design in Digital Product Design (yep, you might even call yourself a Product Designer). At Tech9 we work with a plethora of different digital products, all within the context of their own product life-cycle and pace.

Main Responsibilities:

• Adapt to the needs of clients and deliver on whatever product success calls for - research, sense-making, product planning, interaction design, and visual design
• Site data and research to make well-informed decisions
• Be a leader of their products and make important decisions for the success of product and the happiness of the users.
• Communicate in clear and helpful ways, and proactively solve problems
• Have an inclusive mindset and can juggle other's perspectives along with their own
• Create a process that is replicable, teachable, and adaptable
• Communicate clearly with U.S. based clients to ensure client satisfaction and happiness

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located in India
• Candidate must have a notice period of 30 days or less OR can join in less than 30 days (If your company allows for a buyout of your notice period, Tech9 will buy out the respective amount)
• 5+ years of experience with UX design
• Excellent verbal and written communication in the English language
• Strong experience with Figma, Adobe photoshop and illustrator, Whimsical, SVGator or other Animation tools like After Effects and Lottie
• Demonstrated professionalism in behavior and presentation
• Active listener who is kind and passionate about the industry
• Candidate must be willing to work U.S. overlap (usually until 10:00pm-11:00pm IST)

• The starting salary for this role is between 20-25, depending on skills and experience
• Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. Below you'll find an outline of the interview plan for our UX Designer position. Please note that this is what we expect the process to look like; we may ask you for supplemental information or require an additional step before making a final decision. * Portfolio screening and evaluation

• 20-minute screening with a member of our Recruitment team
• 1-hour google meet/Zoom interview with one of our senior designers
• 1- hour google meet/Zoom final interview with one of our head designers
