Prologic Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented
UX Designer
to craft intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for our products and solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams--including product managers, developers, and stakeholders--to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant designs. If you have a passion for problem-solving, design thinking, and creating impactful user journeys, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights
Translate findings into user personas, user journeys, and workflows
Identify pain points and opportunities to improve product usability
Design & Prototyping
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
Design intuitive interfaces that balance functionality with aesthetics
Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual alignment with UX goals
Collaboration & Implementation
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
Partner with product managers to define requirements and prioritize features
Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development cycle
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
Analyze usage data and feedback to refine and optimize user experiences
Contribute to design system development and documentation
