We are looking for a Specialist UX Designer to lead experience strategy from discovery through delivery. In this role, you will work closely with product leaders, UI designers, engineers, and clients to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences.
This position requires strong strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to mentor designers while remaining hands-on across all stages of the design process.

Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Design

• Lead end-to-end UX design across web and digital product initiatives
• Translate business objectives and user insights into clear, actionable experience strategies
• Plan and conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Synthesize research findings into personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across all digital touchpoints

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define problems and align on experience goals
• Facilitate discovery workshops, design sprints, and UX reviews
• Present UX concepts and articulate design decisions backed by research and insights

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to mid-level and junior UX designers
• Collaborate closely with UI, brand, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution
• Contribute to improving UX processes, standards, and best practices

Quality & Craft

• Champion user-centered design, simplicity, and clarity
• Balance creativity with usability, scalability, and technical feasibility
• Maintain high-quality design standards across all deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, problem-solving, and end-to-end design thinking
• Expertise in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global brands or complex digital platforms
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable UX frameworks
• Understanding of front-end development constraints and workflows
