What's the role?:
Responsibilities:

• Create desirable product experiences across multiple touchpoints, bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities
• Design for simplicity in a complex ecosystem of products and services
• Apply rapid prototyping techniques to deliver tangible experiences early on for HERE stakeholders as well as potential users
• Work closely with researchers and service designers to continuously gather user feedback and improve the solution
• Work closely with developers to understand technical realities and to ensure proper implementation of the UI
• Manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Work on strategic design issues and present to stakeholders when needed6

Who are you?:
Core skills and Experience:

• Bachelor of Fine Arts or Bachlor of Design degree in Digital Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Software Product Design, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating the ability to design, prototype & specify the UX architecture and interaction flows
• Ability to define interaction systems, identify consistent UI paradigms and design intuitive solutions to make inherently usable products.
• A high level of proficiency in standard tools such as Figma and Miro
• Organized and structured approach, breaking problems into narratives about solutions and communicating the narrative to a larger audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. From paper sketches to mid/high-fidelity comps, you can get your ideas across to a variety of audiences.
• Solid understanding of project requirements, and the ability to take responsibility for them.
• Solid experience with Agile development practices.
• Experience working in software development, collaborating with many individual designers, product leads and engineers along the way.
• Strong conceptual skills and a desire to push the boundaries

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Platform Experience Design team.
As a Senior UX Designer you strive to remove unnecessary, simplify and communicate the meaningful, look to use more emotion rather than less and understand how to define experiences that are inherently usable and delightful.
You are passionate working hands on in adding user value to our product and willing to see your idea grow from an early concept to the details of final implementation.
