Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced
UX Designer
with 4+ years of proven expertise in designing user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and impactful user experiences for web, mobile, and emerging technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs.
Translate requirements into sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and AR/VR applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
Define and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and insights.
Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and design thinking methodology.
Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Ability to create design documentation, style guides, and user flows.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
Good to Have:
Experience designing for AR/VR/MR platforms.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design practices.
