Key Responsibilities
Lead UX design initiatives and drive customer-centric digital experiences
Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and identify UX improvements
Translate business requirements into intuitive interaction flows and prototypes
Perform usability testing and refine design concepts based on user insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product roadmaps
Ensure high-quality design execution with strong attention to detail
Build & maintain a library of reusable UX components and interactions
Manage & mentor UX designers, guiding them on execution & quality
Mandatory Requirements
9-12 years
of strong hands-on UX / Product Design experience
Design degree required
(BDes -- Bachelor of Design, MDes -- Master of Design, BFA -- Bachelor of Fine Arts, MFA -- Master of Fine Arts, or similar)
Strong UX portfolio
showcasing real product case studies
Experience
leading UX teams
or mentoring designers
Expertise in
Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe XD
Ability to work on
alternate Saturdays (WFH)
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
