A UX (User Experience) Designer is responsible for creating meaningful, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences across digital products. They combine research, design, and usability testing to ensure that products meet both user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
Design intuitive interfaces with a focus on accessibility and responsiveness.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on design goals.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns.
Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create mockups and prototypes.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
Stay updated with UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methods.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
Experience with design systems and agile development processes.
