About the Role


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about user-centered design, problem-solving, and creating seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive and impactful solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Work closely with product and engineering teams to design user-friendly interfaces. Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve design solutions. Ensure design consistency and maintain brand/design guidelines across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business goals. Stay updated on UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.




Requirements

0-3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar role. Willing to learn new skills, technologies and tools to contribute more and grow. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work (academic projects, internships, or freelance accepted). Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.). Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing. Understanding of responsive design principles. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.




Good to Have (Optional)

Exposure to HTML/CSS/React for design handoff. Experience with motion/interaction design. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
