Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction between the user and our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision. Design responsive web layouts that adhere to best practices in web accessibility and usability. Develop interaction designs that enhance user engagement through effective use of design patterns and visual hierarchy. Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 to inform design decisions based on data-driven insights. Participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of design assets throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular. Stay updated on industry trends in UX/UI design, e-commerce solutions, and mobile applications.

Requirements

Proven experience in User Experience (UX) design with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, web design, and digital design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, or similar software. Strong understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular), and responsive web design principles. Familiarity with data visualization techniques and analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Knowledge of information architecture principles and usability testing methodologies. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights for product development. Strong communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and collaborating with team members. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred; familiarity with Jira is a plus. Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience working with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal is advantageous.
