The Role

We are seeking a curious, craft-focused UX Design Intern to take on meaningful product challenges that impact real users. You'll collaborate closely with senior designers, project managers, and engineers--owning work from concept to implementation. This isn't a shadowing role; you'll be shipping product features that matter and building a strong foundation for your future career in design.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end design process for features launched during the internship Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned to user needs and business goals Design intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify requirements and ensure high-quality implementation Participate in weekly sprint meetings, present concepts, and gather feedback from cross-functional teams Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Analyze feedback, iterate designs, and document your design process

What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, visual skills, and a problem-solving approach Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eagerness to learn, self-starter mindset, and the ability to give and receive design critique positively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience shipping design projects from concept to execution Ability to express ideas through interactive prototyping Interest in systems thinking and information architecture Familiarity with HTML/CSS or awareness of technical constraints

Skills & Tools

Design: Figma, Sketch (Bonus: Lovable or similar AI development tools) Core: Wireframing, Prototyping, Visual Design, Interaction Design, Responsive Design, User Research, AI prototyping Soft: Creative problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, storytelling, and design critique

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Pallavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
