UX Designer - Customer Lifecycle Engineering

What You'll Be Doing
As a UX Designer, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive, elegant, and user-centric experiences across our customer lifecycle platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into seamless digital journeys.
TECH PROFILE / ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 4+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in agile environments and participating in sprint rituals.
• Exposure to Retool, React.js, or other frontend technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with data-heavy interfaces and enterprise-grade platforms.
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS or financial services platforms.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on UX trends and best practices.

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with UX writing or content strategy.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with developers.
• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
