UX Designer - Graphic Designer cum Frontend Developer (React.js) - Web & appOur start-up B2C e-commerce company is looking for an experienced and ambitious UX Designer with experience in similar space. We're focusing our B2C web & mobile platforms for Automobiles (Passenger Cars), but we plan to branch out into other consumer durable goods later.We are looking for a creative UX designer/developer to design and produce elegant, engaging, and visually appealing website & apps.Roles: Visual Graphics Designs, User Interaction Design (UI), Wireframing, Prototyping and high-fidelity designing, Frontend Development & Usability tests.Key Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, XD, Web UI Design, App UI Design, Figma, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.Good to have Skills: Knowledge of front-end languages, REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux would be an added advantage. This dual role will require some After Effects motion graphics as well.Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers & domain experts
• Create visual design concepts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & XD
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Corporate Brand Identity Design, Web UI Design and App UI Design
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Translate concepts into wireframes, UI mockups, prototypes and user flows that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like using specialist tools such as Axure, Figma, InVision, Marvel, OmniGraffle, Visio and Sketch, as well as the Adobe product suite.
• User Testing, allowing users to interact with a prototype of the final design to analyze its accessibility, usability, and intuitiveness. Focus groups, moderated user tests, and unmoderated user tests & provide valuable feedback on what is and isn't working.
• Identifying & propose what changes should be done to proceed with development.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, flow, revert)
• redesign websites to make them more responsive
• redesign or create mobile apps that are easy to use and configured appropriately for smartphones and tablets
• Knowledge of developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack would be an added advantage

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI-UX Designer and Graphic Designer with minimum 2 years of experience as a full stack frontend developer
• Portfolio of design projects
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
