Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability best practices, with the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to guide design decisions Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with brand guidelines Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing results Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality Advocate for user-centered design across teams and projects

Required Skills Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field 3-6 years of experience in UX design for web and mobile applications Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards Experience with user research methods and usability testing Ability to communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams * Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus Portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving approach
