What does the Design team do?
Quality design is a foundational component of the value ZoomRx provides. Whether it’s a mobile app, a landing page or a sales deck, we are responsible for building experiences that are intuitive and engaging. The Design Team is responsible for maintaining the visual identity of the ZoomRx brand across multiple domains and crafting powerful experiences across a diverse range of products, mediums and audiences.
ZoomRx has a varied set of technology products that either power our business or are provided as a service to clients. As a UX designer, you will be responsible for building engaging experiences within each of our core products. One day you may be designing the new face of our website and the next you may be designing a new scheduling component for our enterprise app.

What does your day look like as a UX Designer at ZoomRx?

• 
  Drive the design of key components across our suite of iOS, Android and web applications - each project represents a unique opportunity to learn something new in a different domain
• 
  Interface with a consistently varying set of key stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into a coherent design plan
• 
  Conduct heuristic analysis to identify usability issues in our core products
• 
  Collaborate with other designers to realize a design vision
• 
  Partner with engineers to implement your designs accurately and efficiently

What do we look for in you?

• 
  3 to 5 years’ experience in UX design
• 
  Strong communication skills - ability to articulate abstract design concepts clearly and succinctly
• 
  Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and iterative environment
• 
  Openness to constructive criticism as part of the iterative process
• 
  Comfortable with experimentation and owning the possibility of failure
