We are looking for a UX Designer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of Siemens products. Your role involves collaboration with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds What are my responsibilities?

• An innate capacity for crafting engaging, highly usable designs and layouts
• Understand product specifications and user psychology while crafting
• Proficiency in standard methodologies for Information Architecture and Interaction Design.
• Ability to quickly turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative environment
• Must illustrate solving for multi-platform UX challenges and demonstrate scalable, user-friendly, adaptable design solutions
• Experience in a variety of design and prototype tools such as XD, Sketch, Axure, Invisionapp, Photoshop, Illustrator

What else do I need to know?

• You must have BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech qualification with 2 years of confirmed ability
• Experience with DesignOps and Design system creating style guides, pattern libraries, and other design solutions that drive design across large organizations.
• A strong awareness of common usability methods and principles
• A lucid sense for how individual components and features impacts their larger applications, and how to optimize accordingly
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate sophisticated, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• The ability to handle ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment
• Effectiveness in working across interpersonal boundaries to define, lead, and prioritize work
• A clean sense of design aesthetics, and a natural propensity towards simplification over complication
• A general understanding of how Design impacts Development (and vice versa), along with a curiosity about constructing multifaceted, interactive designs that are technically feasible/prudent
• Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/Kanban), Global teams
