How will you make an impact in this role?

As a Content creator in the American Express Cloud Solutions Engineering team, you will be

Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides

Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics

Analyze web traffic to measure the success of the content

Collaborate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), team leads, media and technology teams and other identified stakeholders to support iterations/improvements to the learning material for improved business outcomes.

Taking part of an agile team driving the latest development practices and migration activities

Ability to manage your own time and working well both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to write content and assessment questions mapping to the learning objectives.

Ability to visualize the training content to help retain information through visual clues and add value to the instruction.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a professional environment

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in arts, computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required

Research on industry-related topics

Knowledge of tools like Camtasia, QuickTime, and SnagIt is a plus

Excellent collaboration in a team environment and comfortable in group based working sessions.

Experience in gathering and understanding source content to create engaging courses based on the target audience.

Experience in applying proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning.

Working experience as part of an Agile team.

Proficient oral and written communication skills.
