We are seeking an empathetic and strategic User Experience Designer to craft meaningful, intuitive experiences for a suite of web, mobile, and digital assistant applications. This role combines UX design thinking with strong front-end engineering skills, contributing to the evolution of modern digital experiences across platforms such as community portals, mobile apps, and internal dashboards.



Required Qualifications -

5+ years of experience as a UX Designer in SaaS or complex enterprise systems. Proven experience conducting end-to-end UX design -- from research and strategy to usability validation. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and responsive design. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma or Adobe XD). Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for large-scale applications. Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile product development and working closely with Product Owners and Developers. Experience in PropTech or real estate management domain is preferred.


Key Responsibilities -



Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand the needs, pain points, and goals of business users. Develop personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to visualize end-to-end user interactions across the ecosystem. Define information architecture and user flows for complex multi-role systems. Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to illustrate design concepts. Facilitate usability testing and feedback sessions, analyzing results and iterating designs for clarity and efficiency. Collaborate with Product Owners and UI Designers to align UX strategy with product roadmaps and business goals. Partner with engineering teams to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation and aligns with accessibility and usability standards. * Contribute to the development of a consistent design system across all platforms -- web, mobile, and AI interfaces.
