Key Responsibilities

At Onething, we design products that shape how people move, invest, learn, and live across industries. As a UX Design Lead, you'll guide projects from idea to impact, setting direction, driving design quality, and ensuring every experience feels thoughtful and effortless.


You'll work closely with co-founders, design leads, and cross-functional teams to define what great design looks like. You'll also mentor designers, help refine processes, and strengthen how we think and build together.

Lead UX strategy and design for digital products across web and mobile Take ownership of the entire process from research and information architecture to flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing Work with product and business teams to turn goals into clear, usable experiences Maintain design quality and consistency while exploring new ideas and approaches Mentor designers through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge sharing Present design work clearly and confidently to teams and stakeholders Contribute to improving design systems and ways of working
Job requirements5 years of experience in UX design, with experience leading projects and teams. A portfolio that shows clear design thinking and problem-solving across different products. Strong understanding of user research methods and the ability to translate insights into design decisions. Good visual judgment and knowledge of usability and interaction patterns. * Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
